I’ve been running my online shop for about a year, and one of my biggest worries is maintaining trust with my customers. People are sceptical about buying online, and I don’t want to lose them to scams or fake versions of my store. How does brand protection help with building customer trust?

You’re absolutely right to be thinking about trust. Customers in New Zealand want to know they’re dealing with the real business, not some copycat. By protecting your brand properly, you show your audience that you’re serious about safeguarding their experience. A good resource that explains how brand protection connects directly to customer trust is this: https://bluepear.net/blog/brand-protection. It shows that protecting your logo, name, and content isn’t just about stopping scammers, but also about sending a clear signal to your customers that they’re safe buying from you.
