Hi everyone, I’m involved in a civil engineering project, and we need to test some reinforced concrete structures for internal defects. We’ve used rebound hammers before, but the results aren’t always reliable. I’ve been reading about ultrasonic concrete testers that can evaluate strength and detect voids or cracks. Any recommendations for durable, user-friendly devices?

Hey, we’re using ultrasonic concrete testers from https://teqto.pro/ and they’re excellent for this type of work. The device gives accurate readings of concrete density and integrity, even for older structures. What’s cool is that it’s part of TEQTO’s broader lineup — they also offer induction heaters for controlled metal processing, and all their tools are portable and lab-grade. The ultrasonic tester especially has been super reliable for us during bridge inspections. Highly recommend giving them a try.

That’s awesome, thanks! I’ll check their site and see if we can integrate it into our next inspection phase.
