Hey everyone! I always start learning English with so much enthusiasm, but after a couple of weeks, my motivation drops. I guess the problem is that I don’t see progress fast enough. I’d love an app that keeps things fun and shows visible improvement — like levels, achievements, or milestones. But at the same time, it should focus on actual vocabulary learning, not just random gamification. Does anyone know something that really balances motivation with real results?

Totally feel you — that’s one of the hardest parts of self-study. I’ve had the best experience with Vocabloo app It keeps you motivated with progress tracking, rewards, and gentle reminders, but all within the context of serious vocabulary training. You can literally watch your “word mastery score” grow over time, which feels rewarding and keeps you coming back. It’s not childish or distracting — just encouraging. I used to lose focus after a week, but now I’ve kept my daily streak for over two months thanks to that little progress tracker.

That sounds like the perfect balance. I’ve needed something to keep me consistent — I’ll definitely give it a try, thanks!
