Which scheduling tool is more effective for sales and marketing teams in the US: Doodle or Calendly?

I'm currently evaluating scheduling tools for my sales and marketing team in the US and am considering Doodle and Calendly. Calendly offers features like lead routing, round-robin scheduling, and robust integrations with CRMs, making it suitable for managing leads and automating workflows. On the other hand, Doodle excels in group scheduling with its polling feature, allowing participants to select their preferred meeting times.

Given the specific needs of sales and marketing teams in the US, such as managing multiple leads and coordinating with clients across different time zones, I'm interested in hearing about others' experiences. Which tool has been more effective for your team? Did you find that one tool better supported your sales processes and client interactions?

From my experience, both Doodle and Calendly have their strengths, but they serve slightly different purposes. Doodle works really well when you need to coordinate across multiple people or teams, while Calendly shines in one-on-one client or prospect meetings, giving a more polished professional impression.

This comparison does a great job of breaking down when to use each tool and what works best for sales and marketing teams: https://meetergo.com/en/magazine/doodle-vs-calendly. Definitely worth checking out if you’re trying to decide.

I totally agree — Doodle is great for group scheduling, while Calendly feels more professional for client meetings. Thanks for sharing the comparison, it really clears up when each tool makes the most sense.
