Does an Instagram growth panel actually help real accounts grow?

Hey forum people! I’ve been struggling with Instagram growth for months and honestly starting to feel a bit burned out. I post consistently, try different content formats, follow trends, but the growth is painfully slow. A friend mentioned using an Instagram growth panel, but I’m skeptical. I don’t want fake-looking followers or sudden drops that mess up my stats. At the same time, organic reach alone feels unpredictable these days. I’m curious if anyone here has real experience using a growth panel specifically for Instagram — not just random likes, but something that helps profiles look more active and trustworthy. Is it actually useful for long-term strategy, or just a temporary boost that doesn’t lead anywhere?
