Pancakes - Rob's easy Whole Wheat
Mix dry stuff in one larger bowl:
2 C. whole wheat flour
1 Tbspn baking powder
1 Tbspn sugar (brown or white)
1 tspn salt
I just dump them in and then use a dry whisk to stir them up.
Mix wet stuff in another bowl:
2 C milk
1/2 C oil
I use the same wisk on the eggs, then add the others and whisk again
Then add the wet stuff to the dry stuff, whisking again!
Then you're ready to cook. If you keep the ingredients handy it only takes a couple minutes to make the above from scratch.
