Set Date/Time format:
In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”

Swedish Honey Cookies
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened 2/3 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 cup honey 1 egg 2 cups all purpose flour 1 teaspoon ground corriander 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cream butter, sugar, and honey; Beat in egg; Stir flour with remaining ingredients. Stir into creamed mixture, working to amke a soft dough. Divide in half or quarters (for double recipe) Wrap in waxed paper. chill for at least an hour .
On a well-floured surface - easier on waxed paper. After neading in more flour into the dough as needed, use a rolling pin to roll the dough to desired thickness. The cook book suggests 1/8 of an inch for crisper cookies.
Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters, and decorate with sugar colors, raisins, nuts and cherries, or anything else you want.
Bake in a pre-heated 375 degree oven til golden, 5-to 7 minutes.
