Serenity in Sonoma
Our home is located in the foothills outside of the small town of
Geyserville in Sonoma's famed Alexander Valley. Win
it in the Synergy auction and it is yours for a weekend in 2007 on a
date to be mutually agreed.
The home is a compound with of two houses surrounding a beautiful
stone patio area, all nestled in the clutches of huge, soaring live oak
trees and on the top of a hill overlooking beautiful Vineyard
Lake. It is ideal for either one family or two families as
each can have their own house but come together in the great room.
When you stay at the home you'll have full use of the
lake for swimming and kayaking, lounging on it's beach, using the
clubhouse, and two newly resurfaced club tennis
courts. The area abounds in beautiful hiking and, of
course, has more than one score wineries within a 30 minute
drive. Lovely Healdsburg is only a few minutes away on 101
and you can shop and dine there.
The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and was extensively remodeled a few
years ago with all new baths and kitchen. It has a large
living room / great room / dining room in the main house that overlooks
the lake and the dramatic hills beyond.
