Roberts writes:  Even if Noah was permitted to eat anything, and since we know Moses wasn’t, and the law of Moses stands between our day and Noah, then the instructions given to Noah have no bearing on us anyway.

Donna writes:  AFTER THE RESURRECTION OF CHRIST, it is no longer the will of God to keep the Gentiles separate from the Jews --and the scriptures affirm that the food laws were given for that purpose.  Paul was careful to say exactly that in the book of Ephesians. He wrote:

"...remember that you [Gentiles] were at that time separated from Christ, ALIENATED FROM THE COMMONWEALTH OF ISRAEL, and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world.

But now in Christ Jesus you who were once far off have been brought near in the blood of Christ. For he is our peace, who has made us both ONE  [Jews and Gentiles] and has broken down the dividing wall of hostility, BY ABOLISHING IN HIS FLESH THE LAW OF COMMANDMENTS AND ORDINANCES,"

Think about this:  Since the food laws were abolished in his flesh, then what remains is the diet of Noah.  That blessed diet is for all men; because all men are descendants of Noah.
