Crock Pot Swedish Meatballs
 
1 c. catsup
2 c. gingerale
30-40 frozen meatballs or homemade meatballs

Combine catsup and gingerale in crock pot.  Add meatballs, sauce should cover all meatballs.  Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, medium 6-8 hours or high 4 to 6 hours.

Homemade meatballs:

3 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs or oatmeal
2 TB. parsley
1 TB. salt
1 TB.Worchestershire sauce
3/8 tsp. pepper
3 eggs
1 c. milk

Combine all ingredients and form into balls.
