SATAN'S LAST LINE OF DEFENSE
SATAN'S LAST LINE OF DEFENSE.
When the believer finally works his way through the deceptions of Modern Christianity and sees that we must obey God's commandments in order to have eternal life, Satan has a final defense.
Obedience to God's law is costly and sometimes causes suffering. There is one commandment that can be very expensive in terms of friends, family, ones church and even financially. The fourth commandment - "Remember the Sabbath Day to keep it holy".
Believers who are willing to sacrifice everything else to obey God often stumble over the Sabbath commandment and modern Christianity is right there to help them by telling them they do not have to keep the Sabbath.
The irony is that those who have seen the deceptions of modern Christianity then go back and listen to the corrupt church system they have escaped and quote what they have been taught by them concerning the Sabbath...
"The Sabbath was for the Jews"
"We are not under the Law"
"The Sabbath commandment is not repeated in the New Covenant"
"We are under the law of Christ not the ten commandments"
Satan's last line of defense is very effective . In fact many who understand they must obey God's commandments are looking for an excuse to avoid the necessity of keeping the 4th commandment.
It just costs too much for some. They may even lose their job. Their children cannot participate in sports on the Sabbath. They cannot buy or sell on the best shopping day of the week. It changes their lives...
Yes, Satan's last line of defense is very effective - Jesus said the way is narrow that leads to life and few there be that find it... Among believers, are there many Sabbath keepers or few?
Satan's greatest accomplishment has been to get the "church" to set aside God's Sabbath day. He has caused many to disobey God by doing away with the Fourth Commandment. Please, don't listen to him! The seventh day Sabbath stands forever, just like the stone on which it was carved by the finger of God. You may search the scriptures end to end and you will not find one verse that says that the Sabbath was ever changed. Not one verse that says the requirement to keep the Sabbath has been canceled.
We can clearly see where God commanded us to "Remember the sabbath day." (Exodus 20:8) Where did God change it? Since there is no scriptural authority for disregarding the Sabbath then it could only have been changed by the tradition of man! There were TEN commandments given by the very mouth of God for all to hear that day on Mount Sinai. There are still ten. If you are not keeping the Sabbath then you are breaking God's law and you have been defeated by Satan's last line of defense.

Isa 58:13 If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:
Isa 58:14 Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
