In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”

When I updated windows, I couldn't be opening large text files in notepad++. I thought it was because of the Windows update, but it turned out that I did not have enough RAM. Notepad++ does not support text files larger than 2GB, while Notepad, an older version, can handle files smaller than 512MB. You might find this quote useful.
