Purchase Period: Purchase any product from Smart Home Sounds between 00:01am on the 9th November 2021 and 11:59pm on the 29th November 2021. All orders placed at www.smarthomesounds.co.uk during this period will be automatically entered into this draw.
Winner Selection: Customers will be automatically entered upon purchasing from Smart Home Sounds. Winners will be selected at random using an independent random name picker. Everyone has the same chance to win and there will be 5 winners.
Prize: Each winner will receive a Sonos Roam portable speaker. This price is non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation.
Winner Announcements: Winners will be revealed on the Smart Home Sounds YouTube channel and also contacted via email on the 30th November 2021. Winners will be required to provide delivery information. Winners names will not be shared for Customer Data Protection purposes.
In the event that a winner does not respond and/or provide the required information within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner.
The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. The winners are under no obligation to participate and may decline this request. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of the Prize Acceptance.
Claims are not valid in respect of products that are returned (unless faulty and repaired/exchanged), and for which the participant receives a full refund, in which case the Promoter will be entitled to disqualify a participant.
