Smart Home Sounds Garden Cinema Experience Giveaway
Smart Home Sounds will be randomly selecting 1 winner from on 31/05/2022 to win a free garden cinema experience.
How to enter: Sign up to the SHS Newsletter via the QR code on the competition entry form before 31st May 2022.
Winner Selection: Entrants will be automatically entered upon signing up to the SHS Newsletter using the above sign up process. Winners will be selected at random using an independent random name picker. Everyone has the same chance to win and there will be 1 winner.
Prize: The winner will be gifted a garden cinema experience. This price is non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation.
Winner Announcements: Winner will be revealed on the Smart Home Sounds Instagram account and also contacted via email on the 31st May 2022. Winners will be required to provide their address and arrange a suitable date for the experience. Winners names will not be shared for Customer Data Protection purposes.
In the event that a winner does not respond and/or provide the required information within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner.
The winner must have a suitable space for the experience.
The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. The winners are under no obligation to participate and may decline this request. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of the Prize Acceptance.
Claims are not valid in respect of products that are returned (unless faulty and repaired/exchanged), and for which the participant receives a full refund, in which case the Promoter will be entitled to disqualify a participant.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
