Self-exemption ground: I have serious concerns about the as-yet unknown long-term effects of COVID-19 vaccines on immune dysfunctions including ADE, auto-immunity, allergy or their potential to induce other complications.
(1.1) In the UK, the NHS has, in my opinion, failed in their duty to give proper information about possible long-term risks, thus negating properly informed consent, in contrast to the FDA, which has added the following caveat to all their covid-injection factsheets.

(1.4) "The specific and significant COVID-19 risk of ADE (= antibody-dependent enhancement) should be prominently and independently disclosed, in order to meet the medical ethics standard of patient comprehension for informed consent.”

(1.8) On March 18, 2021, Dr. Ryan Cole, a board-certified pathologist and owner and operator of a diagnostics lab, reported thathe is seeing“a massive ‘uptick’ in various autoimmune diseases and cancers in patients who have been vaccinated. the vaccines seem to be causing serious autoimmune issues, in a way he described as a “reverse HIV” response.”

(1.11) As I rely on a wide range of preventative natural and herbal medicines, I have no way of knowing if there might be a serious conflict, since no contraindication studies have been carried out for these experimental vaccines.
(1.12) Given all these valid concerns, together with the appalling history of past medical mistakes and cover-ups, plus the mounting evidence of immediate life-changing injuries and deaths after vaccination, and the absence of any long-term safety data, I decline the offer of a covid vaccination.
