SELF-EXEMPTION GROUND – THIS ‘VACCINE’ IS AN EXPERIMENTAL MEDICAL TREATMENT, TO WHICH ‘THE NUREMBERG CODE’ APPLIES
(1.1) As so much ill-informed comment has been made in the media about anyone exercising their right in law to decline these particular injections, as being a ‘conspiracy theorist’ or an ‘anti-vaxxer’, I must first make clear that I do not accept these novel COVID-19 medical treatments, being labelled by the various manufactures as ‘vaccines’, to be vaccines in the long-established medical-legal meaning of that term.
(1.2) In this respect, I will quote the words of highly-respected Canadian ER Doctor Mark Trozzi MD (https://drtrozzi.com/2021/01/this-is-not-a-vaccine/)
“Here is the definition of vaccine.
“A preparation of a weakened or killed pathogen, such as a bacterium or virus, or of a portion of the pathogen’s structure that upon administration to an individual stimulates antibody production or cellular immunity against the pathogen but is incapable of causing severe infection.” (The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language)
“So vaccine means an injection or swallowed dose of a weakened , dead, or fragmented bacteria, virus or other infective organism, which you are trying to immunize against. Though the injection is dead, or too weak to cause significant illness; it does present the immune system with some of the parasite’s surface markings, also called “antigens”. This allows your body to prepare antibody and cellular defenses against the parasite , so if in the future, you encounter it, your immune system will kill it quickly without you getting ill. That’s great 150 year old science credited to its founder Louis Pasteur.”
(1.3) I also refer in this context to the words of Dr. David Martin
“We need to be really clear. We’re using the term “vaccine” to sneak this thing under public health exemptions. This is not a vaccine. This is an mRNA packaged in a fat envelope, that is delivered to a cell. It is a medical device designed to stimulate the human cell into becoming a pathogen creator.
It is not a vaccine. Vaccines actually are a legally defined term, and they’re a legally defined term under public health law, they’re legally defined term under the CDC and FDA standards.
And a vaccine specifically has to stimulate both an immunity within the person who is receiving it, but it also has to disrupt transmission.
And that is not what this is. They have been abundantly clear in saying that the mRNA strand that is going into the cell, it is not to stop transmission. It is a treatment. But if it was discussed as a treatment, it would not get the sympathetic ear of the public health authorities, because then people would say, well what other treatments are there?”

(1.4) My second observation, by way of introduction, is that, whatever their merits, these ‘Covid injections’ must be regarded as ‘experimental’, inasmuch as they are employing various novel technologies, and are still under trial. This is not a criticism, it is a statement of fact – as the Cambridge Dictionary illustrates in the definition of ‘experimental’ – ‘relating to tests, especially scientific ones:
(example) The drug is still at the experimental stage (= is still being tested).’
This fact is relevant to ‘informed consent’ – the patient must be made aware that the medium and long-term effects are completely unknown at this stage.
(1.5) Dr. Shelley Cole, Medical Director, American Frontline Doctors, writes:
“. The experimental vaccine uses new technology never before used in a vaccine.
All current and past vaccines use antigens, something the body detects as foreign to us. In total
contrast, some of the COVID-19 vaccines use modified RNA to program our cells to make an
antigen. Then, after our cells make the antigen, our immune system fights against it.
For the first time, the immune system is trying to attack something our bodies have made. Will the body consider it “self” or “foreign?” This needs to be studied dispassionately and carefully before dispensing to millions of healthy people worldwide. We know autoimmune disease will occur as it always does in some percentage of standard vaccines. But we are concerned it will be in much higher percentages with this new technology.

(1.6) In the UK, the NHS has been strangely silent on this aspect (which, in my view, negates a proper informed consent), but in the US, perhaps being far more litigation conscious, the FDA has wisely added a caveat to all their covid-injection factsheets, as evidenced by this latest issue (August 2021)
“These may not be all the possible side effects of the vaccine. Serious and unexpected side effects may occur. The possible side effects of the vaccine are still being studied in clinical trials.”
(1.7) In my opinion, as this is still an experimental treatment, the Nuremberg Code must apply, and all who receive a COVID-19 vaccine are unwitting test subjects, taking part in an experiment to determine the safety and effectiveness. Article 1 of the code states:
“The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent;
should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching,
or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved
as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision
by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is
to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his
participation in the experiment.
The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment.
It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with

“No person should be forced to take a medical experiment without informed consent .Nuremberg Code # 1: Voluntary consent is important Many media, political and non-medical people urge people to take the injection. They do not provide information about the negative effects or dangers of this gene therapy. All you hear from them is – “safe and effective” and “the benefits outweigh the risks.”
Countries are using blockades, coercion and threats to force people to take this vaccine or are banned from participating in free society under the mandate of a vaccine pass or Green Pass.”
(1.9) In view of all the above stated considerations, and in exercise of my legal right to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching,
or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; I decline the offer of a covid vaccination.
