Wisey: ADHD Life Hack or Digital Mirage?

I’m fed up with apps that promise focus but leave me staring at a blank screen. Has anyone tried web-based platforms that actually guide you through daily exercises or memory training without turning your day into a chore? I want to know if these micro-sessions really help form habits or if they’re just eye candy. Is a few minutes a day actually worth it, and does it genuinely improve concentration over time?

Okay, full disclosure: I thought this would be another gimmick, but mid-use a wisey review convinced me to stick with it, and it worked better than expected. The platform starts with a short quiz, then delivers daily exercises in bite-sized doses. Memory drills felt surprisingly engaging, and the 15–20 minute sessions were easy to fit into my chaotic routine. Web-only, so a few quirks exist, but mobile works fine. After a week, I felt a tangible lift in focus and tiny wins that built confidence. Not life-changing, but a practical scaffold that makes ADHD brains stick to micro-habits.
