That's great you got to see Mitt Romney speak so close up!  I remember when George Bush came to Merced in '88 and we put the girls on our shoulders to see him speak! O Lord, have mercy on America and give us another chance!! And may the unborn children one day be protected in our land, not have their lives snuffed out by legal abortion.

Great photoblog Aunt Julie - how exciting!  The boys and I are heading out in a little bit to walk to the polling place and cast my vote for Romney.  :)

Mom - could you really hear Tom yelling 'cheeseburgers' on the radio?  That's awesome!  I'm sure our country can unite around cheeseburgers!   http://www.cheeseburgers.com

(Copied from one of my Facebook friends page.) Words from John Wesley

"I met those of our society who had votes in the ensuing election, and advised them, 1. To vote, without fee or reward, for the person they judged most worthy: 2. To speak no evil of the person they voted against: And 3. To take care their spirits were not sharpened against those that voted on the other side."
-- John Wesley, October 6, 1774. Still true today...

Good quote, Julie, but I am still so sad.  Romney was attacked so much in the beginning and I believe he could've done a lot of good for this extremely debt-ridden country and gotten people back to work!! My own school paycheck is the lowest it's ever been in all my years of teaching.
