Baile - Maestras - Amigas - Iglesia
Bibles and Beer Alma and I went out to lunch because were reading the same book of the Bible (Hebrews) to share what we were learning from it. And normally I don't like beer, but they have these things called Micheladas which are sooo good. They are beer, Worschier sause, lime, and salt. Only in Mexico.
Notice the name. FLAMINGO!!
My friend Anica was in a dance competetion at a Salsa Club called Mango Cafe. She practiced really hard for months, and I got to go to her performance. She was incredible! She was with a group of 10, and it was an honor for her to get asked to join the dance group! So exciting!
The club, it reminds me of "I love Lucy" and where Ricky Ricardo performed.
I went with a classmate, and then our maestras went also. Never have I been with drinking, smoking teachers, and danced with them in a club. Quite an experience. Again, only in Mexico.
After church, a ton of people went over to a house where we all at Pasole (a type of soup) notice the GIGANTIC pot!!
We helped dig out this plant, which as sweet water in it, that you can use to make some alcoholic drink.
