What do you have in your basement? Or is it a solid foundation without a basement? It doesn't look like a permanent home, but like a summer vacation home. I hope this is located not so far from the main roads that the repairman could not find you)

And it seems to me that this house fits perfectly into the classic suburb. I would also do such a design if the size of the plot allowed it. As for the foundation, please note that the house is built on a slope. I'm sure it's all there already.
