KeepandShare is advertising supported and provides a very capable lifetime subscription for free - there is no charge for the free account.

Why Upgrade?

Upgraded accounts will not display any ads when you are in your own KeepandShare account. More importantly, when your friends or business colleagues view information from your account, if you have an upgraded account, they will not be shown ads.

Upgraded accounts also provide many forms of increased capacity including much larger file sizes, total file capacity, greatly increased photo capacity, and increased daily download bandwidth.

What is the Free Trial?

A free trial is an immediate free upgrade to your account. During the free trial period you get to try KeepandShare at an upgraded plan level. You must enter a valid credit card for the free trial but your card will not be charged during the free trial and you can cancel at any time. Go ahead and start your free trial now!

How Much Does it Cost to Upgrade?

Plans are very affordable, starting at just $2.49 per month. Pay for a year at a time and save a further 20%.

Which Plan Should I Choose?

If you just want to turn off ads, our Personal Ad Free plan is right for you. But many users want increased data capacity (see below) and choose a higher level upgrade plan. Business users typically choose the Business Professional plan.

How many users are covered under an upgrade?

The subscription plans upgrade a single account. But, since each account can share with an unlimited # of users, most businesses find they only need to upgrade their main account to Business Premium or Business Professional. The main account thereby has high data capacity and ads are turned of for all users working in it. Grant viewing and edit rights on main account information to colleagues as necessary and they have access to the high capacity and ad-free main account.

Data Capacity

Free accounts have no limits on the number of documents, uploaded files or photo albums. Furthermore, every account includes a whopping nine calendars. Free accounts, however, have limits on the maximum size of documents and uploaded files, and they also limit how many photos you can upload.

How Large of a Capacity Do I Need?

Normal spreadsheet, word processing, PDF or other files are usually 1-4 megabytes in size, so the free plan's 10 MB file size limit can accommodate most users. Choose one of the paid subscription plans to work with larger files or large numbers of photos and files.

What are "High Volume Downloads"?

Free accounts allow an limit of 200 megabytes of file downloads a day (we wish we could give you unlimited downloads for free, but bandwidth is one of the most costly aspects of running a web sharing service). [?]

By subscribing to our Pro plan you can dramatically increase your daily download capacity to a daily capacity of 4000 MB (contact us if you need capacity in excess of the Pro plan).

How Large Can My Documents Be?

KeepandShare provides a built-in word processor that runs in your browser and creates KeepandShare documents. The maximum allowed size for these documents is 100 KB in the Free plan; 200 KB in the Deluxe plan; 300 KB in the Premium plan; 400 KB in the Pro plan. [?]

Photo Storage

Upload up to 120 photos at a single time using the super fast "Upload Photos" command in the Photo application. Total capacity ranges from 1,500 photos for free accounts to a huge capacity of 100,000 photos in the highest level paid plan.

Photo Dimension

KeepandShare uploads all photos at the very large size of 1800 pixels (about 500kb per photo). This is high enough resolution to fill even the largest computer monitors, and to produce good photo prints at sizes up to 8x10", while still allowing for quick viewing and downloads by your visitors. All paid accounts include unlimited viewing of full size 1800px photos.

Photo Bandwidth

Photo "Bandwidth" is unlimited! That means you and your friends can view your photos and albums an unlimited number of times per day or month - there are no limits.

Photo Downloading

All paid accounts include advanced commands for downloading photos to your personal computer, or copying photos and albums from another person's account into your account.
