I’m curious, when it comes to producing custom aluminum parts with CNC turning, what kind of tolerances can typically be achieved, and do you also provide flexibility in choosing different aluminum grades or finishes depending on the application?

Good question! With CNC turning, you can usually expect pretty tight tolerances, often within ±0.01 mm depending on the complexity of the part and the equipment used. There’s also a lot of flexibility when it comes to materials, different aluminum grades can be chosen based on strength, weight, or corrosion resistance, and finishes like anodizing or polishing can be added for both durability and appearance. So whether it’s for functional use or aesthetic purposes, aluminium turned parts can be tailored quite precisely to match the requirements of each application.
