Set Date/Time format:
In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”

All of the design work is about making it appear trustworthy. I actually came across an article that talks about exactly this phenomenon, and why those "game predictions" sell really easily. If it’s refined, we're told to assume the method is too. I would never use or trust these things because the information is unreliable.
