I recently researched different plate carriers because I wanted to understand the differences between them, and I saw a lot of plate carrier options on the RTS Tactical website. Each model has a different design for the mounts and plate attachment methods, so pay attention to that. I haven't ordered one yet, but a friend of mine did and said it was convenient to have a choice of sizes and colors. The website allows you to browse and compare a lot of options. If you need to quickly get started, it's a good source of information. I liked how everything is organized.

I want to buy a plate carrier for training and for long-distance running. I'm interested in which models are truly comfortable for sports and don't interfere with running. The plate carrier should be lightweight, yet durable and reliable enough to withstand the load without deforming. It's important that it has comfortable, adjustable straps and a fastening system that doesn't chafe during long runs. I also want the ability to easily add or remove weight plates. Not all plate carriers are ideal for cardio training; some are more suited for tactical use. Therefore, it's worth considering sports models made specifically for functional training and running. It's good if the material of the plate carrier provides ventilation and doesn't overheat the body during intense workouts. Sweat resistance and the ability to easily clean it after workouts are also important. Have you tried different options? Which models have proven comfortable and truly worth the money?
