Aruba Timeshares
Aruba-- the Land of Endless White Beaches

If you worship the sun, Aruba is the place for you. Aruba is considered to be one of the most popular Caribbean vacation destinations. Endless miles of fine white sand and brilliant, sparkling turquoise water draw people to this tiny island of 90,000 year after year. And if you’re one of the lucky ones, with an Aruba timeshare, this bit of paradise is always there for you and your families. You and your fellow Arubans will have a higher standard of living than other residents of the Carribean.

Despite its diminutive size, Aruba has lots to offer:

  • First class, luxurious, high-end beach resorts
  • Wonderful restaurants.
  • Gambling Casinos.
  • Shops and boutiques.

Aruba's beaches are ranked among the cleanest in the Carribean. A rugged interior also draws its share of visitors. They’ll discover large stands of catus, the very curious divi divi tress, and herds of goats that wander island-wide. Arikok National Park is mysterious and Mars-like, filled with boulders painted with petroglphs and limestone caves.

Gold was discovered here in 1824. However, Aruba experienced real financial gain in the more recent past when oil was discovered off-shore. A refinery was built in San. Nicolas.

The first timeshare, the Aruba Beach Resort Club, was built in 1977. Now, 15 timeshare resorts offer you a tantalizing bit of this gorgeous island, drawing you in with an array of amenities, including gourmet restaurants, fitness centers, shopping arcades, even spas.

More than 90% of timeshare users in Aruba return. This speaks to all that Aruba has to offer, from everything to quiet, private clothing optional beaches to world-class restaurants. Even though public nudity is an insult to an Aruban, visitors discover any of a number of small, secluded beaches. You can go topless, as that’s not against the law. Just remember if you get right down to the bare essentials, you could be flaunting a public taboo.

Where in World is Aruba?

Aruba is part of what is known as the ABC islands– Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao. It is located only 15 miles from Venezuela. You can see Venezuela on a clear day. This little island is only seven miles wide and 19 miles long. While you can leave your world behind, you can’t really get lost in this part of the world.

Kinds of Timeshares

As is the case anywhere timeshares are sold, there are usually different kinds. First, there is a deeded contract. This means the use of this kind of contract is usually divided into periods of a week. As such, the shares are usually for partial ownership. If you own this kind of timeshare you can use your timeshare interval yourself, rent it, or even give it as a gift.

Another kind of timeshare is called "the right to use." You are only allowed use of the resort. At some point in the future, the contract and all the rights that come with it, will be terminated and ownership of the timeshare returns to the property developer. According to www.buzzle.com in Aruba, these types of timeshares aren’t permitted as whoever purchased the resort would never be in full control of it.

Aruba, with its world-class resorts and pristine beaches may be calling you. Check out various timeshare resale agents and find the bargain of a lifetime.

Before you choose a place for the resort, you should definitely think about how exactly and with whom you will go there. If the family, it is better to choose special resort hotels, family-type. For example we went to Puerto Rico and it helped us a lot that we first read all about it here https://tripbirdie.com/puerto-rico-all-inclusive-family-resorts/. Were able to calculate the cost of travel, choose the best time of year for this particular resort and, of course, choose the most suitable hotel. I recommend to read it if you are also going to Puerto Rico.
