Pumpkin Chutney Chicken
01.10 Pumpkin chutney chicken
really excellent - this would be good for guests

1/2 jar Indira pumpkin chutney
1 C large pecans
1 med onion
4 boned, skinned half breasts
olive oil & butter to saute
fresh figs

-sautee the diced onions till clear, add pecans part way through
-add chicken, salt & pepper them, brown them on one side
-turn them to brown on other side, salt & pepper again, spread some chutney on top side
-cover pan for last 5-8 min to get moisture & juice
-put in serving dish with lots of halved or quartered fresh figs
