In 12 Hour format the hours will be displayed as 1 through 12 with “a.m.” and “p.m.”

HFO Holding Tanks
Sludge accumulation is inevitable with HFO fuel which is just a notch higher than asphalt in refinery distillation process. All those unrefined impurities eventually react with atmospheric moisture and oxygen + corrosion bacteria to form a heavier than oil sludge at the bottom of the tank. Xft catalyst mitigates this as you will see in a subsequent hyperlink.
