Another reason is that they're shown only in one font on their website , that does not mean that it is able to be used on a different font, other site. However, if you just find a set of Unicodes which look like the font of a particular type or have some particular styles like bold, italic,..etc. We can then simulate the font.

Compatibility

It is clear that you cannot utilize the entire instagram fonts. Insta filters out some fancy symbols and letters to stop people from using Unicodes. This includes the excessive diacritics used in the "glitchtext" font as you'll notice in this list.
