HIGH OCCURRENCE OF SCHEDULE CONFLICTS

Hello all,

We have had a high occurrence of schedule conflicts this week. What are "conflicts" referring to? "Conflicts" in regard to work schedules simply means there are discrepancies in the recorded worked schedules, which prevent the shifts from being accepted as completed. These can include missed clock- ins and/or clock outs, missed signatures, or missed documented tasks.

We have had 60 or more conflicts just for the past weekend alone! Management says this is entirely unacceptable. It should be noted that we are now going through an outside agency to do payroll. Nadine has been doing it thus far and she is not going to continue to correct such a high volume of conflicts. The new timekeeping agency will absolutely be enforcing the mandatory guidelines for completing shifts, Should the patterns continue, we will be forced to have anyone with scheduling conflicts come into the office once again to do their own timesheet corrections in order to get paid. This is an issue of accountability. Payroll cannot be administered without completed shifts proving that caregiving services have been administered.

Please check your shifts regularly to see that they are completed by the end of the pay period (last Sunday of each week)

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The infinity Team
