A Team Plan is a type of paid plan that is based around multiple “seats” that are all managed by one central admin “seat.” A “seat” is synonymous with “user account.” Team accounts always have multiple seats and are purchased in “packs” starting at 3 seats. Team accounts have all of the features of a Solo account, plus bulk-discount pricing, more calendars & storage capacity, and tight integration via a central admin account.

A Team plan is specifically designed for groups — whether that’s a business’s office, a nonprofit, a regional club, or any other group of people who need to stay up-to-date with each other. It provides easy central setup and administration, group branding, top-level security & privacy controls, and the highest level of features for all Team members.

Your purchase of a Team plan includes a complimentary 30-min setup consultation valued at $75. We’ll help you determine the best structure & setup for your business goals, do a little training, and get you going in a jiffy. Most team customers are ready to deploy soon after our setup consultation.

When you start a free trial, you get all the bells and whistles that come with Keep&Share for 15 days. Purchase an upgrade at any time during your 15-day free trial to keep using the full suite of features. If you don’t upgrade, you can continue to use it for free (forever), but with some account limits.

No. You only pay for your plan and any add-on options you choose. There are no additional taxes or usage fees. Your bill will stay the same every month (or year, if you pay annually) unless you change your plan.

You are free to cancel or modify your plan at any time.

When you cancel your plan your credit card or other payment method is immediately removed from your account and will never be charged again. If you cancel an annual subscription, Keep&Share will refund the unused (prorated) portion of your most recent payment (email support [at] Keep and Share [dot] com). Monthly subscriptions will simply expire at the end of the month. After cancellation, accounts revert to free Basic account status.

If you upgrade (or downgrade) your plan, the unused portion of your most recent payment will be used towards your first purchase in the new plan, or until the full credit has been used.
