Try Out Calendar Pinning!

Do you have a friend's calendar that you visit often? Calendar pinning allows you to "pin" your friend's calendar to your Navigator so that you can access their calendar quickly.

March 7, 2017:

We’ve made a couple of changes to how you access your Account Settings and log out of your account. Instead of cluttering up the top part of your screen we’ve consolidated your information into a User Profile dialog located in the upper right-hand corner of your account.

Good news for all Keep&Share members who use Android devices — we just released the Keep&Share app for Android, now available on Google Play! You’ll be able to recognize most of the functionality from our long-standing mobile website, but now your experience will be even smoother, especially when you’re switching between apps or logging in.

Just click or tap on this button (or the image above) to download it, or visit the Google Play store and search for “Keep&Share” (no spaces). Here’s how to search for the app on Google Play.

We are counting on our Keep&Share members to let us know if we can improve! So, please email us if you notice that something is broken, or want to recommend a change.

The controls for your sharing & privacy are now identical across all apps, and additional options such as “Direct Access Links” (the ability to privately share an item with non-K&S users without making the item fully “Public”) have been added. Click the "Share" button in the blue bar on any page of your Keep&Share account to access the new sharing & privacy controls.

Please watch this video walk-through to learn how to use the new control:

The new “Direct Access Link” feature is also available in Solo & Team accounts — this allows you to share a private calendar, file, or other item with people who don’t have a Keep&Share account, without having to make it “Public”. Learn more about “Direct Access Links” in this help article.
